Bart³omiej Macieja[ edit ]
Bart³omiej Macieja (* 4. Oktober 1977 in Warschau) ist ein polnischer Schachspieler.

1996 wurde er Internationaler Meister, den Titel eines Schachgroßmeisters verlieh ihm die FIDE 1999. Er ist Sekretär der neuen Profispieler-Gewerkschaft Association of Chess Professionals (ACP).

2002 wurde Macieja Europa-Meister in Batumi (Georgien) und besiegte im gleichen Jahr die Ungarin Judit Polgar in einem Schnellschach-Wettkampf in Budapest mit 5-3. 2004 wurde er erstmals Polnischer Landesmeister, seit 1998 ist er ständiges Mitglied der polnischen Olympiamannschaft.
